It's been a mainstay in Nuriootpa for 95 years, but a staff shortage forced Linke's Central Meat Store to close on Saturday.
Shop owner, Graham Linke has been looking for staff for quite a few weeks but hasn't been able to find anyone to help the store that was down to two staff members, forcing long working hours.
