Four CFS trucks with approximately 20 firefighters were supported by two MFS trucks at a house fire at Cockatoo Valley on Monday.
The fire, which started at approximately 11:00 am, had completely engulfed the house when crews arrived on scene, with a CFS statement advising an estimated $300,000 of damage to the stone house.
