The Barossa Rams rugby community is rallying behind player Kitione 'Kiti' Waqanisau after a horrible on-field injury.
The player sustained a broken leg and fractured ankle in the season opener against Onkaparinga on Sunday April 5 and has since undergone surgery.
The injury has resulted in him being near immobile, and it is expected it will be a few months before he is able to return to work.
