Tell us about your farm and your farming/olive oil production background. Rachael Duncan: We use a number of olive groves and some wide olives in the Barossa district. Many of these groves have not been picked for many years and we give the owners a cut of the oil. The oil is sourced all over, including Williamstown, Maranaga, Greenock, Nuriootpa and Stockwell.
