It was a bustling and beautifully illuminated evening when The Barossa German Language Association Inc. held ‘Laternenlauf,’ or Lantern Walk, a favourite German family tradition, at the Joy Rice Centre at Nuriootpa on Saturday.
The BGLA has held this traditional Lantern Walk for the past five years and this year’s event was well supported by the community with the biggest attendance yet.
