Willaston’s Liz Wilson has been recognised as the best player in the BLGW competition, after being named Best & Fairest at the awards night last Wednesday.
Wilson received 22 votes across the 14 rounds, beating out teammate, Akeira-Juliet Whichello (17) in second and Barossa District duo, Ellie Ward and Teagan Robins, who finished third with 15 votes.
