“Core investment and completion” outlined in draft budget
Following last Wednesday's special meeting, The Barossa Council today launches consultation on its 2026-27 Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget, which proposes a total 5.22 per cent average rise for rate payers receiving all services (3.98 per cent excluding growth).
