A further 17 burials have been unearthed at Pioneer Park at Gawler.
Remains were first discovered in April 2023 at the former cemetery and Gawler Council CEO Chris Cowley told The Leader that 26 graves have now been located.
He said that although it is suspected more may be found, there will be no active search for more remains.
