When Dr Max van Dissel first came to serve the Kapunda and Eudunda community 35 years ago he discovered talk of a proposed new Barossa Hospital and admits that initially he felt very parochial to his own local hospitals. However, now he feels having one local regional hospital based in the Barossa would be the best result.

He believes one of the advantages in building a new Barossa Hospital is tha
