Nuriootpa Football Oval was lit up by lanterns for the first time this year, as children and families returned for the Barossa Lantern Walk on Saturday.
Students from Nuriootpa Primary School joined other members of the community to participate in a lantern making workshop and feast on some traditional German food and drink, before setting off to illuminate the oval.
