Stuart Roennfeldt, Greenock, won first place at the Royal Adelaide Show this year for his homemade Pavlova.
He has been making Pavlova for the last 20 years with his mother’s recipe, which he has refined over the years through research.
Stuart said he makes the sugary dessert because, “I like eating Pavlovas. I figured if I want to eat them, then I will have to learn how to make them.”
